Arm Lift (Brachioplasty) Surgery

What is an Arm Lift?

A brachioplasty is a procedure to reshape the upper arms removing the excess fat and skin that typically develops in women over forty and hangs down at the back. A slim well contoured upper arm can be achieved leaving an incision line on the inside of the arm.

Who would be suitable for an Arm Lift?

If you have a pocket of fat hanging down on the back of your upper arm above the elbow, or have recently lost a lot of weight and have excess skin in this area then you may be an ideal candidate. Wound healing and return to work is usually very quick. Scar redness can persist for some months but is easily hidden with sleeves until this fades.
